We had 2nd snowstorm in this morning.
Snow from previous snow was almost gone but
we have second batch of snow in this morning (on Jan, 23).
You definitely need snow tires or tire chain for driving.
Regular roads are mostly cleared but you’d better drive
carefully.
Kyoto Jukan Express way is open but with snow tire (tire chain) regulation.

Kyoto Tango Railway has delay and suspension.
