It is snowing again in the north Kansai region. This snow storm affects public transportation.
Railway:
Kyoto Tango Railway – whole a day suspension on Feb. 11, 2017.
Highway:
Kyoto Jukan Highway – winter tires required.
Road condition is partly rough. You definitely need winter tires or tire chains.
