Lavender in full bloom on the hill of Centrale.
It lasts another one or two weeks at most.
We just start harvesting lavender flowers for dried bouquets. 
We clean stems 
We bundle them and make them in a bunch.
It will take a few weeks to dry these bunches of lavenders. Then we will display dried lavender bouquets at our gift shop!
